Delivery

Where we deliver

Pop your postcode into any product page or your basket and we'll tell you straight away whether we deliver to you and what it costs.

Delivery charges

You pay one delivery charge per order, however many bags you buy. The charge for your postcode is shown before you pay.

When it arrives

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days, and often sooner. We deliver Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4pm, not on bank holidays, and we'll phone you the day before to confirm.

How it arrives

Your order comes on an 18-tonne lorry with a HIAB crane. We'll put it wherever you'd like, as long as the lorry and HIAB can get to it, and our driver has the final say. The lorry needs to park close to where the goods are going, so if access could be tricky (a narrow lane, low branches, a weight limit or soft ground), please call us before 2pm the day before. You don't need to be at home when we deliver.

Loose Bulk Loads

Call us to order and we'll arrange the delivery with you.

Returns

If you'd like to return something, please call us first. We charge a collection fee, the same as your delivery charge, plus a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the goods returned. This doesn't affect your rights if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered.
